Marsh Supermarkets, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to operate supermarket and convenience stores in the United States. It also owns and operates a food services division, which provides upscale catering, vending, office coffee, coffee roasting, concession and business cafeteria management services. The Group has a floral division, which operates seven upscale retail floral shops under the name of McNamara (R) and one business florist under the name Enflora (R). its convenience stores are self-service stores, which offer grocery, bakery, dairy and delicatessen items. It also offers petroleum products and operate drive-thru car washes. As on 01-Apr-2006, the Group operated 117 supermarkets and 154 Village Pantry(R) convenience stores in central Indiana and western Ohio. On 02-May- 2006, the Group entered into an agreement and plan of merger under which it would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSH Supermarkets Holding Corp. Operates retail stores that sells food and related products through supermarkets, convenience stores and food services
