Company Description
Golden Enterprises, Inc.. The Group's principal activities is to manufacture and distribute snack food products through its wholly owned subsidiary Golden Flake Snack Foods Inc. The snack food products include potato chips, tortilla chips, corn chips, fried pork skins, baked and fried cheese curls, onion rings and puff corn. These products are packaged in flexible bags or other suitable wrapping material. Products such as cakes and cookie items, canned dips, pretzels, peanut butter crackers, cheese crackers and dried meat products, products manufactured by others are also sold by the Group under the Golden Flake Label. The products are sold through the Group's own sales organization and independent distributors to commercial establishments which sell food products in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, Missouri and Texas in the United States. Manufactures and distributes salted snack items in the United States
