CDW Computer Centers Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to market of multi-brand computers and related technology products and services in the United States. The products include hardware, software and accessories, combined with the Group's service offerings, provide comprehensive solutions for its customers' technology needs. The Group offers its customers technology products from leading vendors such as Cisco, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Sony and Toshiba, among others. The Group operates in two segments namely: Corporate and Public sector. Corporate primarily comprises of business customers which include federal, state and local government and educational institution customers. Public sector comprises of federal, state and local government and educational institutions that are served by CDW Government, Inc. (CDW-G), a wholly owned subsidiary. Corporate accounted for 80% of 2002 revenues and Public Sector, 20%.
