Correctional Services Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to operate and manage detention and correctional facilities for federal, state and local government agencies. It operates in two divisions. The adult/community corrections division specializes in facilities that service, substance abuse offenders, parole violators, pre-trial detainees, sex offenders and community correctional program residents. The juvenile division focuses on facilities that provide intensive treatment programs like educational and vocational services, treatment for habitual offenders, specialized female services, detention services, sexual behavior disorder treatment programs, academy training programs, high impact treatment programs and legislatively mandated boot camps. During 2004, the Group provided juvenile rehabilitative services through 17 facilities representing approximately 1,300 beds. In addition, the Group operated 14 adult correctional facilities representing approximately 5,500 beds.
