The Company's principal activity is to design, develop, market and support a uite of integrated assessment, recording, property tax, eGovernment and GIS software products for county, city and township governments. The services rendered include mass appraisal services for assessment of residential, commercial and other types of properties. Its products support the back-office processes for government agencies and also facilitate the 'Virtual Courthouse' by providing Internet access to information for industry professionals and the public or by processing transactions over the Internet such as the payment of property taxes. The products includes Manatron GRM, Manatron Tax, Manatron CAMA, Manatron eGovernment. At 30-04-2006, it served approximately 1,300 customers in 30 states and two Canadian territories. On 01-Nov-2005, it acquired the assets of Plexis Group, LLC and on February 1, 2006, it acquired ASIX Inc.
