Maximus, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide consulting, systems solutions and operations program management to government. It operates in three segments: Operations, Systems and Consulting. Operations segment provides a variety of program management services, primarily the delivery of administrative services for government health and human service programs. Systems segment provides systems products including justice and asset software solutions as well as systems development, design and implementation to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of program administration. Consulting segment provides specialized financial consulting services such as assisting states, local agencies and schools in obtaining federal funding reimbursements for their programs and implementing cost reductions strategies, as well as providing technical services and software products. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Australia, Israel and the United Kingdom. Operations Group accounted for 67% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Systems, 18% and Consulting, 15%
