During the year, the company discontinued its manufacturing operations by selling its subsidiary Industrial Fabrication and Repair, Inc. and initiated a plan to discontinue and liquidate PeopleFirst. In September 1999, the company acquired PeopleFirst Staffing LLC in a reverse acquisition transaction. In July 2000, the company acquired CMG which provides health and wellness management services. Also the company formed wholly-owned subsidiaries such as CLH and DMG for the purpose of acquisitions.
