It provides all services necessary for the administration of the non-clinical aspects of dental operations. They include providing assistance with organizational planning and development, recruiting, retention and training programs, quality assurance initiatives, facilities development and management. The Services also includes employee benefits administration, procurement, information systems, marketing and payer relations and financial planning, reporting and analysis. On 31-Dec-2006, the Group operated through 22 dental groups, comprising 470 dentists practicing in 209 locations in 18 states. As of 31-Dec-2006, six affiliated dental groups, comprising 30 dental facilities, have been converted and are presently operating on Improvis.
