Monarch Dental Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to provide management and administrative services to dental group practices in the United States. The Group provides these services under long-term administrative services agreements. Dentists practicing at the Group's dental offices provide general dentistry services including examinations, cleanings, fillings, bonding, placing crowns and fitting and placing fixed or removable prostheses. Specialty dental services provided by the Group's dental offices are orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics and pediatric dentistry. As of 31-Dec-2001, there were 317 full-time dentists and 81 part-time dentists practicing at the Group's dental offices. In addition, management and administrative services were provided to 158 dental group practices in Texas, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Arkansas, Indiana, Ohio, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia and Florida.
