Aristotle Corporation (The). The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and distribute educational, health, medical technology and agricultural products. It operates in two segments: Educational and Commercial. Educational segment provides instructional teaching aids and materials, which are distributed to educational institutions for kindergarten through grade 12 classes, and for nursing school and emergency medical instructors. Commercial segment provides agricultural products, sterile sampling containers and systems, materials for nursing home activities and novelty and gift products. In addition, the Group offers medical simulators and manikins used for training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the fire and emergency rescue and patient care fields.
