Curative Health Services. The Group's business are carried out through two segments: Specialty healthcare services manage a network of wound care centers that offer a comprehensive range of services for treatment of chronic wounds. Wound management program consists of diagnostic and therapeutic treatment procedures, which are designed to meet each patient's specific wound care needs on a cost-effective basis. Specialty pharmacy services provide services to help patients manage the healthcare process and offers related pharmacy products to patients for chronic and critical disease states. It purchases biopharmaceutical products and enters into contracts with insurance companies and government agencies to provide distribution, education and support services. In 2002, the Group acquired Apex Therapeutic Care Inc, Infinity Infusion Care & OptCare Plus Inc. On 03-Feb-2003, it acquired MedCare Inc. Specialty Pharmacy accounted for 75% of 2002 revenues and Speciality Healthcare, 25%.
