DIANON Systems, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide Anatomic Pathology, Genetic and Clinical Chemistry testing services. Testing services provided by the Group is used to detect medically significant abnormalities and visual patterns in blood, tissue samples and other specimens. The Group also provides information service to assist the physicians in the analysis of test results and to help managed care organisations by providing disease specific information to members. Reports generated include patient specific reports, summary reports which help the physicians in analysing multiple prognostic tests and/or correlative trends in a patient's test results, treatment and clinical condition.
