Response Oncology, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide advanced cancer treatment services through outpatient facilities known as IMPACT Centers under the direction of practicing oncologists. The Group conducts outcome research on behalf of pharmaceutical manufacturers. The Group presently operates 23 IMPACT Centers in 13 states, which provide high dose chemotherapy with stem cell support to cancer patients on an outpatient basis. The Group also provides pharmacy management services for certain medical oncology practices through its IMPACT Center pharmacies.
