The company acquired EI Paseo Medical center, Boca Raton Medical Associates, Medical Office Services, Family Care Center Of Indiana, MedGroup, Primergy, Inc. and Horizon Medical Group in 1999. In 2000, the company acquired certain assets of Breton Medical Group, First Choice Medical and Healthtrac Resources.
