The company provides management services to multi-physician practices and fixed site cardiac diagnostic and therapeutic facilities. The company's management services include providing all non-physician personnel required to deliver patient care at the facilities as well as the administrative, management and support functions required in their operations. Hospital division accounted for 50% of fiscal 1997 revenues; diagnostics division, 33% and practice management division, 17%.
