IBAH, Inc. provides its services through two primary operating divisions namely, clinical services division and pharmaceutics services division. The clinical service division provide services of designing product development programs and managing pre-clinical studies. The pharmaceutics services division provides traditional product formulation services, process development, manufacture of drugs for clinical trials, analytical testing, and clinical trials drug packaging. Analysis of other chemical and physical properties required in regulatory submissions are the additional services provided by this division. The major multinational and the smaller companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries are the main clients of the company. The company acquired Pharmo Pty, Ltd. in 1997. Clinical services division accounted for 88% of 1997 revenues and pharmaceutics services division, 12%.
