America Service Group Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide managed healthcare services to correctional facilities. It operates in two segments: Correctional Healthcare Services and Pharmaceutical Distribution Services. Correctional Healthcare Services makes contracts with state, county and local governmental agencies to provide healthcare services to inmates of prisons and jails. The pharmaceutical distribution services segment contracts with federal, state and local governments and certain private entities to distribute pharmaceuticals and certain medical supplies to inmates of correctional facilities. Correctional Healthcare Services accounted for 87% of 2006 gross revenues and Pharmaceutical Distribution Services, 13%
