Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc.. The Group's principal activities is to provide heath care benefits to managed care companies on a full risk basis. The Group operates in two segments: Managed Care and Direct Medical Services (PSN) and Pharmacy. Managed care provides network management services. The Group provides services to patients through a network of primary care physicians, specialists, hospitals and ancillary facilities. The operations of the Group serve a variety of at risk MCO's including medical groups and clinics, managed care health plans, HIV Clinics and long-term care facilities. The Group's Pharmacy operations has been discontinued. The Group operates throughout United States. Provides healthcare benefits to managed care companies on a full risk basis
