The Company's principal activities are to provide pharmacy services to long-term care institutions including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and other institutional health care settings. The core business of the Company is to provide pharmaceutical dispensing services to residents of long-term care facilities and other institutions. The Company purchases, repackages and dispenses prescription and non-prescription medication in accordance with physician orders and delivers such prescriptions at least daily to long-term care facilities. These medicines will be administered to residents by the nursing staffs of these facilities.
