CompuGROUP Holding AG. The Group's principal activities are the development, production and maintenance of computer information systems for use by doctors, dentists and clinics. The Group's activities are divided into three divisions. i) Integrated Health Provider Services ( HPS ) : Production and sale of software for physicians and dentists is undertaken by this division. It provides the product lines in application areas such as ALBIS on Windows, WinDENT, M1, David-X, MEDISTAR, TurboMed, Axisante, PC Doktor, PC DENT and Z1. ii) Health Connectivity Services ( HCS ): It covers the services of auditing the data of insured persons, their validity and payment status and integrated care. iii) Personal Web Based Health Records ( PHR ): This division introduced an electronic patient file. It was developed for improving the treatment quality, reduction in costs and avoiding multiple examinations. HPS accounted for 69% of 2005 revenues; HCS ,28% and PHR , 3%
