Quality Systems, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to develop and market healthcare information systems. These systems automate medical and dental group practices, community health centers, physician hospital organizations, management service organizations and dental schools. It operates through two divisions. The NextGen Division develops and sells proprietary electronic medical records software and practice management systems under the NextGen(R) (3) name. The QSI Division develops and markets dental practice management and medical practice management software suites. The Group's software systems include general patient information, appointment scheduling, billing, insurance claims processing, treatment outcome studies, treatment planning, drug formularies, electronic patient records, dental charting and letter generation. It also provides its clients with hardware and software maintenance and support, system training and electronic claims submission services.
