Life Medical Sciences, Inc.. The Company's principal activities are to develop and market medical products for therapeutic applications. The Company focuses on the advancement and expansion of product development programs based on polymer technology. Products under development, all of which are based on the Company's proprietary, bio-resorbable polymer technology, are medical devices designed to prevent or reduce the formation of adhesions that can follow a surgery. The products REPEL, REPEL-CV, RESOLVE and RELIEVE are in various stages of development and prevent open heart, gynecological, orthopedic and spinal surgeries.
