In fiscal 2000, the company focused on maximizing cash flow in Health Services Programs and reducing the number of Outpatient programs. As a result of this, the company has formed InfoSriber Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary, which has a business plan to become a leading provider of strategic health information. During fiscal 2000, the company sold its interest in Stadt Solutions LLC, a majority owned subsidiary with Stadt Holdings. Eleven outpatient program locations were closed during fiscal 2000. In May, June and July 2000, the company closed ten outpatient psychiatric program locations.
