Res-Care, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to provide residential, therapeutic, job training, educational and support services. The operations of the group are carried out through three segments: Community services, Job Corps Training services and Employment Training services. On January 1, 2006 the groups have three segments: Disabilities services, Job Corps Training services and Employment Training services. Training services segment provides educational and vocational skills training, to enable disadvantaged youths to become responsible working adults. On January 3, 2006, the Group's Employment Training services segment completed the purchase of the operating assets and business of the workforce services group of Affiliated Computer services, Inc. (ACS workforce services), ACS has contracts in 15 states and Washington. Community Services acctd for 70% of 2006 revs; Employment Training Services 16%; Job Corps Training Services 12% and Other 2%
