The principal activities of the Group consist of three lines of business: Insurance, which involves risk-appraisal laboratory services to the insurance industry which are specifically designed to assist in evaluating the mortality and morbidity risks posed by policy applicants; Clinical testing services provided to the healthcare industry to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients; and Substance abuse testing services provided for regulated and nonregulated employers who employ drug screening guidelines.
