The Group provides these services to major corporations in downsizing and outsourcing. The market for outsourcing services includes aircraft and aerospace industries, electronics, energy, telecommunications, banking and computer science industries and public utilities industries. In providing these services the Group engages the employees, pays the payroll and related costs, including FICA, worker's compensation and similar Federal and State mandated insurance and related payments. Clients are charged for services based upon the hourly payroll cost of the personnel.
