AHL Services Inc. The Group's principal activity is to provide outsourced marketing services. These services are provided through two divisions: Gage Marketing Services and ServiceAdvantage. Gage provides trade fulfillment services, consumer fulfillment services and customer contact management. This division provides a link between the Group's clients and their consumers through a broad range of marketing programs and customer support services. ServiceAdvantage provides retail-merchandising services. This division helps retailers and manufacturers ensure that the in-store-marketing plans are properly executed and product inventories are replenished. The clients for the services are companies in the automotive, consumer products, entertainment, retail and technology sectors. During 2002, the Group divested its specialized staffing services business in the United Kingdom.
