Company Description
Rust International Inc. is a leading provider, through its subsidiaries, of engineering, construction and consulting services and remediation and industrial services. The company was formed through the contribution of certain assets and businesses of Chemical Waste Management and Wheelabator Technologies. Rusts engineering, construction and consulting services provide process and design engineering, construction, demolition and other similar services. The industrial and remediation services segment provides clients in the utility, nuclear and general manufacturing sectors with remediation of hazardous chemical and radioactive substances. In 1994 they discontinued the asbestos abatement services. Engineering, construction and consulting services accounted for 57% of 1994 revenues and remediation and industrial services, 43%.
