The Group's principal activity is to design, develop, manufacture and service systems and equipment used in the distribution, control, generation and management of electrical energy. The Group's activities are carried through two business segments: Electrical Power Products and Process Control Systems. Electrical power products manufactures and markets electrical power management systems. Process control systems designs and delivers technology solutions. The Group's products include power control modules, power control rooms, switchgear, motor control centers and bus duct. The products and services are provided to oil and gas producers, oil and gas pipelines, refineries, petrochemical plants, electrical power generators, public and private utilities, mining, pulp and paper mills, transportation systems, governmental agencies and other large industrial customers.
