DXP Enterprises, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to distribute maintain, repair and operating products (MRO), equipment and service to industrial customers. The Group is organized into two segments: MRO and Electrical Contractor. The MRO segment provides MRO products, equipment and integrated services, including engineering expertise and logistics capabilities to industrial customers. The Electrical Contractor segment sells a range of electrical products, such as wire conduit, wiring devices, electrical fittings and boxes, signaling devices, heaters, tools, switch gear, lighting, lamps, tape, lugs, wire nuts, batteries, fans and fuses to electrical contractors. The Group's products and services are marketed in at least 19 states to over 25,000 customers that are engaged in a variety of industries. On 11-Oct-2006, the Group acquired Safety International. Maintenance, Repair and Operating accounted for 99% of 2005 revenues and Electrical Contractor, 1%
