Global Technovations, Inc.. The Group assembles, sells and leases oil analysis instruments. The product of the company is a second-generation proprietary oil analysis instrument that combines two spectrometers in order to analyze both new and used oil in approximately five minutes. The customers of the company includes automobile dealerships, mini labs, truck lube centers, truck stops, engine development laboratories, municipalities and others. The Company re-acquired the overhead mounted speaker system assets with its purchase of OAI during August 2000 and substantially all the assets of Boston Advanced Technologies Inc during fiscal 2001. The Company conducts substantially all of its operations through two wholly owned subsidiaries, OAI, which conducts the Company's automotive speaker technology business and On-Site Analysis, Inc. , which conducts the Company's oil analysis business. Automotive audio technology accounted for 85% of fiscal 2000 revenues and Oil analysis service ,15%.
