The Group operates in five business segment. The Foam segment manufactures and markets cushioning foams for bedding, furniture, packaging, health care applications and foam-based consumer products. The Automotive segment supplies foam products and laminates foam. The Carpet cushion segment manufactures and distributes rebond, prime, felt and rubber carpet padding. The Technical segment manufactures and markets reticulated and other specialty foams used for reservoiring, filtration, gasketing and sealing applications and the Other segment manufactures certain operation. Its major customer is Johnson controls. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Asia and Mexico. Foam products accounted for 36% of 2002 revenues; automotive products, 35%; carpet products, 18%; technical products, 9% and other, 2%.
