Blount International, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is carried out through three divisions: Outdoor Products, Industrial and Power Equipment and Lawnmower. Outdoor products include wide variety of cutting chain, chain saw guide bars, cutting chain drive sprockets and maintenance tools. They are used on portable gasoline and electric chain saws and mechanical timber harvesting equipment. Industrial and power equipment segment manufactures equipment for the timber harvesting industry and for industrial use components, industrial tractors for land and power transmission components. The users include logging contractors, harvesters, utility contractors, building materials distributors, scrap yard operators and original equipment manufacturers of hydraulic equipment. Lawnmower segment manufactures zero turning radius lawnmowers for homeowner and commercial applications. The Group operates in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Europe, China, Japan and Russia. Outdoor Products accounted for70% of 2006 gross revenues; Industrial and Power Equipment, 30%
