Cyberoptics Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to design, manufacture and supply optical process control sensors and inspection systems. These products are supplied to the surface mount technology (SMT) electronic circuit board assembly equipment and semiconductor fabrication equipment markets. The operations are carried out through two business segments Electronic Assembly and Semiconductor. The Group's products enable the global SMT and semiconductor industries to meet the demands for printed circuit board assembly and semiconductor wafer transport. The products include SMT electronic assembly sensors, Laser Align sensors, Laser Lead Locator, DRS (TM) range sensors, wafer mapping and alignment, frame grabber products, machine vision subsystems and wafersenseTM Auto Leveling Sensor (ALS). The Group's products are sold in Europe, Asia, Canada, Mexico and Latin America. Electronic Assembly accounted for 90% of 2006 revenue and Semiconductor 10%
