Littelfuse, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and supply fuses and other circuit protection devices. The Group operates in three segments: The Electronic segment includes electronic circuit protection products used to protect circuits in electronic systems. The Automotive segment include fuses for automobiles, trucks, buses and off-road equipment to protect electrical circuits and wires that supply electrical power to operate lights, heating, air conditioning and other controls. The Electrical segment includes low-voltage circuit protection products to electrical distributors, OEMs and the industrial maintenance and repair operations market. The customers of the Group include Compaq, Dell Computer, GE, Intel, Motorola, Nokia, Palm, Panasonic, Samsung and Sony. On 03-Feb-2006, the Group acquired SurgX Corporation, on 30-May-2006, Concord Semiconductor and on 26-Jun-2006Catalina Performance Accessories Inc. Electronic accounted for 68% of 2006 revenues; Automotive, 23% and Electrical, 9%
