Toko, Inc. was established in 1955 and manufactures radio coils, switches and modules. Electronic coils and piezoelectric products accounted for 62% of fiscal 1999 unconsolidated revenues; composite devices including semiconductors, pulse parts, system products, switching power sources and modules, 36% and mechanical components such as switches, 2%. Unconsolidated revenues accounted for 86.8% of fiscal 1999 consolidated revenues. The company has nineteen consolidated subsidiaries, four in Japan, two each in the United States, Malaysia, South Korea, Brazil and Hong Kong, and one each in Singapore, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, Vietnam and Germany. Overseas sales accounted for 69.2% of fiscal 1999 revenues.
