The Group acquired Cohesive Technologies Inc. on 14-Dec-2006, GV Instruments Limited on 20-Jul-2006 and EGS Gauging, Inc. on 30-Jun-2006. Life and Laboratory Sciences accounted for 64% of 2006 revenues and Measurement and Control, 36%
