Koninklijke Borsumij Wehry NV is an international group of decentralised wholesale, retail and manufacturing companies. The company is divided into nine sectors, each of which act as independent business units. In 1994 Borsumy Wehry bought stokvis a technical trade company thus enlarging its range of services, also in 1994 the company sold its 100% interest in Adidas. Manufacturing and sales of gift items, ceramics, green products and promotional items accounted for 20% of 1994 revenues ; technical trade (Stokvis), 17%; consumer electronics & photography wholesale (Fodor), 16%; white goods retail, wholesale & manufacture in Central America and the Caribbean region (Ceteco), 15%; manufacture and sale of men's, women's & children's clothes (Borsumij Textiles), 11%; wholesale of computer hardware & office/bank/security equipment (Borsu International), 9%; industrial mailorder (Overtoom), 6% and other activities, 6%.
