Indus Holding AG. The Group's principal activities are manufacturing and marketing of specialised products for the industries. The Group operates under the following business segments: Automotive Industry: manufactures low-density casting molds for aluminum parts; Construction Industry: installation of ventilation and air conditioning plants, malls, schools and administrative buildings; Industrial Equipment: metal carbide tools for mining as well as road and tunnel construction works; Consumer Industry; Supplies household appliances to the customers. During 2005, the Group acquired MIGUA Group and 70 % interest in SELZER Group.
