HelpMate Robotics Inc.. The Company primarily conducted contract engineering and research and development for third parties before the sale of its assets to Pyxis Corporation. On December 30, 1999, the Company completed the sale of all of the Company's assets to Pyxis Corporation. The assets sold include all machinery and equipment, inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable and other liabilities. Prior to the sale, the Company focused on development of commercial applications for autonomous robotic products with the Helpmate (R) robotic courier.
