N-Vision Technology, Inc.. The principal activity of the Company is to record and interpret seismic data used by oil and gas companies to image underlying subsurface geological structures. Seismic energy is transmitted through the earth, typically by detonating an explosive charge near the surface, and the reflected energy from sub-surface formations is recorded by sensors at the surface. If after extensive geophysical and geological work, the structure appears to provide a trapping mechanism for oil and gas accumulations, then the structure is drilled to test for commercially viable accumulations of oil and natural gas. During December 2000, Ponder and Nevada N-Vision merged and Nevada N-Vision was the surviving entity in the reverse merger.
