Nationsrent, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide equipment for rent to the construction and industrial markets. Rental inventory includes aerial lifts and work platforms, air compressors, backhoes, boom lifts, bulldozers, ditch equipment, forklifts, generators, excavators, wheel loaders and skid loaders, pumps, light towers, storage containers, lawn and garden tools, saws, scissor lifts and pressure washers. The Group also sells used and new equipment, spare parts and supplies and provides repair and maintenance services. Customers include general contractors, subcontractors, highway contractors, manufacturing plants and distribution centers. As of 19-Sep-2005, the Group operated 267 equipment rental locations in 26 states. On 24-Jan-2005, the Group acquired Jenco Inc. Provides equipment for rent to the construction & industrial markets & sells used & new equipment, parts, merchandise & supplies
