Thermwood Corporation. The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing automation equipment and high technology machining systems. The operations of the Company are divided into three segments, the Machining Products Division, Technical Services Division and Thermwood Europe Ltd, a British Company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Machining Products Division markets machinery, hardware and software products. The Technical Services Division is responsible for marketing and providing service, support, and machine upgrade products. Thermwood Europe Ltd is responsible for marketing and servicing machines throughout Europe. The services offered by the Company include training, installation assistance, preventive maintenance and upgrading and enhancement of installed products.
