Rieter Holding AG(RIETER). The Group's principal activities are to provide systems and services for the textile, automotive and plastics industries. The Group's activities are carried out through two divisions: Automotive Systems and Textile Systems. The Automotive Systems develops and manufactures systems and thermal insulation products and interior trim from fibers and plastics for the automotive industry. The Textile Systems develops and produces machinery and integrated systems for converting fibers and plastics into yarns and for manufacturing man-made fibers. The Group's clients include Toyota Avensis, GM Pontiac, Rolls Royce Phantom, BMW and Ferrari. The Group has operations in Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America and Africa. In 2006, the Group acquired Reiter Saifa and Tianjin Reiter. Automotive Systems accounted for 61% of 2006 revenues and Textile Systems, 39%
