YBM Magnex International Incorporated. YBM Magnex International, Inc. operates in four business segments; magnets, oil, magnesium/bicycle and other products. The permanent magnet line includes neodymium magnets, rare earth cobalt magnets, ferrite magnets and alumunium-nickel magnets. Oil includes operations associated with buying crude oil, adding neodymium powder to absorb sulfur content and selling oil to the refiners. Magnets accounted for 69% of 1996 revenues; oil, 23%; magnesium/bicycle, 5% and other, 3%.
