Gaylord Container Corporation. The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing and distributing brown paper packaging products. The Company's products include corrugated containers, corrugated sheets, containerboard, unbleached kraft paper, multiwall and retail bags and speciality chemicals. The major customers of the company include manufacturers and processors for packaging their products, wholesalers and retailers. As on September 30, 2001, the Company's facilities consist of 3 containerboard and unbleached kraft paper mills, 13 corrugated container plants, 5 corrugated sheet feeder plants, 2 multiwall and 5 retail bag plants, a specialty chemicals facility, a preprint and graphics center and a cogeneration facility.
