Plm Ab

PLM AB is one of Europe's largest consumer packaging groups. It develops, manufactures and markets packaging in metal, glass and plastic. The company supplies mainly to the European beverage and food industries, but also to the pharmaceutical industry. PLM has 14 factories in 10 countries. At the start of 1997, PLM acquired a 25% shareholding in Holmegaard Emballage A/S and Holmia A/S. Beverage cans accounted for 53% of 1997 revenues; glass bottles, 38% and plastic bottles, 9%.
