Nefab Ab. The Group's principal activity is the provision of complete packaging solution to the telecom equipment and automotive industries. The Group also offers a wide range of packaging solutions for transport and material handling. The Group provides in-house manufactured products of proprietary sheet material and plastic, customers are offered packaging in steel, plastic, corrugated board and wood. The Group operates in Europe, Asia, North and South America. The customers of the Group include Alcatel, Nokia, Bosch, Motorola, Nortel, Cisco, NEC, Panasonic, Ericsson, Nera, Siemens and Flextronics. In the year 2005 the Group acquired five units in Netherlands, Austria, Norway, Hungary and Spain. Telecom Equipment Industry accounted for 38% of 2005 revenues; Automotive Industry, 9% and Other, 53%
