Printpack, Inc.. The principal activities of the Company are manufacture and conversion of flexible packaging products. The Company's products are used by food and consumer product industries for packaging salted snacks, cookies/crackers and confectionery, bakery, cereal, meats, tissue and towels. The Company's products include laminates made of various layers of plastic film, aluminum foil, metalized films and paper with specialized coatings, cast and blown monolayer films and co-extruded films.
