Company Description
PSB Industries. The Group's principal activity involves the packaging of cosmetic products and production of specialty chemicals. The packaging division is divided into cosmetics and perfume packaging dealing with texan injects, varnishes, decorates and metal-plates. Made-to-order packaging deals with blisters for the consumer market and cushioning materials for the pharmacy sector. Speciality chemicals include fine mineral products such as alumina, ceria and zirconia based formulations. These chemicals are utilized to manufacture products like lighting, bioceramic, composites, polishing for electronics and additives products. The Group's customers include Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Avon, Dior, Kodak, Pierre Fabre, Philips, General Electric, Osram, Ceram Tec and Kronospan. The Group operates in the United States, Mexico, Japan and France. Packaging accounted for 81% of 2006 revenues and Speciality Chemicals, 19%
